3. Nuoc Mat Dai Truong Kim (cool Korean drama, I love cooking show/movie/drama!)

4. Thoi Dai Chien Quoc (A Step into the Past) (with Louis Koo and Jessica Hsuan, duh, very interesting series and funny too, time travel involved)

everyone seems to be into the 90s version of than dieu dai hiep/ anh hung xa dieu. i grew up watchin the 80's version. i guess i should check out the newer versions. i saw the 2006 version... i thought it was kinda annoying.

When I started this topic in post #1, at that time I haven't decide what is my 5th favorite series of all time. Well now after four years (wow how time flies!), I have. Drumroll please ...

1) Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils (2003)
2) Return of the Condor Heroes 1995
3) Legend of Condor Heroes 1994
4) Luc Tieu Phung (TVB-1984 with Alex Man)

and

5) Game of Deceit/Tro Choi Lua Bip (TVB with Nick Cheung, Jessica Hsuan)

Great acting and character development. The direction and storytelling are awesome as well. I was very surprised in how much I enjoyed this series. Another honorable mention is "Madam White Snake" with Liu Tao. Though if the love is not that mushy, it would have made it into one of my favorites.

So far those are my favs... Has anyone found a great epic romance movie on here? If so, please post and let me know where to find it! I have a longing to watch the older romance movies with Tan Han and Luu Tuyet Hoa. Thanks!
